The CONAREC 2019 Award recognizes every year BPO companies that value customer service with quality across different channels, formats and services, separating them into small, medium and large operations. BPO operators have been rated by their customers according to the following criteria:
MANAGEMENT CRITERIA: Innovation Management, Multi-channel Management, Operations and Quality Management, People Management.
TECHNICAL CRITERIA: Technical Competence, Goals, Recommendation, Relationship, Overall Satisfaction.
The awarding ceremony appointing the winning companies took place at the opening of CONAREC 2019, on September 9th, at 7 pm, at the Hotel Transamérica, in São Paulo. AlmavivA do Brasil received the CONAREC 2019 Award prize as the big winner in the CREDIT COLLECTION – LARGE OPERATIONS category.
