“Our growth was totally organic and out of these 33,000 employees, for 53% it is their first working experience, 65% are women, more than half of the operations takes place in North-eastern States and about 90% of employees are under the age of 27.”

AlmavivA entered Brazil to explore the potential of a market completely different from Italy, where the Company was first established. The turnover of the operations in Italy is 1% per year, which is unthinkable in any service company in Brazil, where turnover is very high.

But the Company in Brazil succeeded in adapting to such a different reality. Today, it is among the 10 largest employers in the Country with 33,000 employees. And it has generated jobs mainly away from the big business centers.
