AlmavivA do Brasil, one of the main companies in the Contact Center, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Trade Marketing segment in the Country, closed 2019 with gross revenue of R$1,055 billion, representing an increase of 3,6%, of same period of 2018. In relation to net revenue, the result was R$962 million in 2019, an increase of 3,9%, if compared to the amount registered in the previous year.

Regarding the indicators demonstrating the Company’s operating profit, AlmavivA closed 2019 with Ebitda – earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization – of R$133 million, which represents 13,8% of net revenue. This result is 46,6% higher than in 2018, the year in which it obtained R$91 million, that is, 9,8% of net revenue. And its Ebit – earnings before interest and taxes – was R$85 million, which represents 8,9% of net revenue. The result was 44,7% more compared to the previous year, which was R$59 million, that is, 6,38% of net revenue. It should be noted that, for 2019, the results reflect the effects of the new IFRS 16 accounting standards.

The result reinforces AlmavivA position as the second largest company in its segment and highlights significant growth in all indicators. “We can say that our results went against the general economic scenario and our segment in Brazil. Our profitability had already registered good performance in 2018 and, now, in the last year, it presented an important growth, measured in the Ebit line”, comments Francesco Renzetti, CEO at AlmavivA do Brasil.

A technological DNA, Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine-driven innovation, diversifying our operations in Brazil and developing integrated solutions in the services offered to customers in different sectors summarize AlmavivA successful trajectory. “The ability to combine operational efficiency with quality with the use of our proprietary technologies, in addition to keeping costs well monitored, allowed us to make a difference,” says the CEO.

“For 2020, the Company goals are still on the rise. We are betting on a revenue growth of around 30%, partly related to the recent acquisition of the entire stake of Bradesco within Chain Serviços e Contact Center S.A., and to overcome the Ebitda and Ebit indicators. This way we will consolidate our leadership position in the process of digital transformation of our customers and in improving the consumer experience”, adds Francesco Renzetti.
