The Company received the certification from the global consultancy firm GPTW, on the grounds of an employee assessment

With the pandemic, many important day-to-day services have become even more essential, and companies across the country have had the challenge of maintaining this provision of services and ensuring a healthy environment for their internal teams. At AlmavivA do Brasil, leading company in customer experience (CX) in the Country, what was already a source of pride has become more special. The daily dedication of our team of employees led the Company to be recognized by the global consultancy firm Great Place to Work (GPTW) – thus ackwoledging AlmavivA do Brasil as an excellent company to work for.

Even in the midst of the crisis caused by COVID-19, AlmavivA do Brasil obtained very positive results in general performance, quality of services and team satisfaction, achieved by using the GPTW methodology through which the Company sought to quantify the origin of this improvement cycle, based on questionnaire answered directly by employees. Pillars such as respect, credibility, pride, camaraderie and impartiality were considered.

“This important recognition was achieved through a safe process of research and analysis, for more than four months throughout Brazil, conducted by an independent and serious institution”, explains Francesco Renzetti, CEO of AlmavivA do Brasil. “Continuing to make this Company a stimulating and pleasant place for everyone is one of our most important goals, as we know that the well-being of our people is also reflected in the quality of the services offered to our customers,” says Francesco.

Among the actions that made this achievement possible, the Executive Director mentions the reorganization of the recruitment and selection processes and the retention and development work of the internal team, as well as the restructuring of the performance model – imposed by the need for actions to face the pandemic. “We invested in online training, we launched a new application to facilitate the day-to-day, providing useful information to employees, at any time. In addition, we created an Inclusion and Diversity Committee, which includes projects and lives on the theme ”, he says.
