AlmavivA do Brasil announces its intention to purchase the totality of BRADESCO’s Chain Serviços and Contact Center S.A.

The purchase intent is part of the growth strategy adopted by the Company. With this acquisition, AlmavivA consolidates its performance in the area of customer relationships of the Financial Services sector, providing expansion and diversification of its operations in the Country.

The agreement is subject to the approval of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE).
