AlmavivA do Brasil announces a reorganization within the commercial area. The Company hired Carina Novaes as the Head of New Business, Communication & Marketing. The Manager, graduated at the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and with an MBA in Business Management at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas, has over  20 years of experience in the Customer Relationship Management sector, in companies such as Voxline, LIQ (former Contax) and Atento. She will support other executive, also new entries in AlmavivA: Eliana Gonçalves, with a 19-year-old experience in the Contact Center and Credit & Risk Analysis fields, and Renato Neto, with over 15 years of experience in the CX market.

Moreover, the reorganization also involves Carolina Perez, at AlmavivA do Brasil since 2018, who takes the role of Head of Customer Relations, with the task to increase the relationship and business of the whole customer base of the Company. Graduated at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica of Rio de Janeiro, the executive manager has an MBA in Business Management from IBMEC and a solid experience in the sector. To additionally support the area: Maria Leiro, with more than 20 year in the customer relationship segment and with previous experience in the Company in the Operacions Area, and Aline Ferraz, com experiência de mais de quinze anos no mercado de BPO.

Still part of these changes, Carolina Perez, who has been working at AlmavivA since 2018, takes over the Customer Relationship Department, with the objective of enhancing the relationship and business of the entire customer base of the company. Graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, the executive has an MBA in Business Management from IBMEC and extensive experience in the sector. To support the area, the Superintendents take over: Maria Leiro, with more than 20 years of career in the customer relationship segment and who has already worked in the company, in the Operations area, and Aline Ferraz, with more than fifteen-years-experience in the BPO market.
