During the Conarec 2021 AlmavivA do Brasil Vice President of the Board of Directors and Institutional Relations, Nelson Armbrust, participated in the panel “The Hacked Consumer: Reinventing Freedom of Choice”, highlighting that the digital environment provides people with more and more speed and choice. At the same time, the consumer has become more demanding and this requires an even more targeted and resolute service.

Our daily mission is how to structure this data and present it to companies and thus design the best experience for their consumers. In this context, he mentioned that human behavior drives advances. “For example, we have already evolved in relation to requesting duplicate accounts and this process is carried out here at AlmavivA do Brasil with the support of Artificial Intelligence for millions of consumers, every day. At the same time, more complex services such as downloading an APP, adapting a service package, and other types of digital instructions depend on the service operator.

Therefore, the balance between human and digital care is the safest path for companies, the Manager concluded.
