AlmavivA Group, the Italian leader in technology and Customer Experience, with 70 units around the world, has completed the process of structuring its Bonds, in order to promote acquisition and merger projects over the next two years.

At the end of 2021, AlmavivA holding company early repaid a Bond of 250 million euros, with an annual interest rate of 7.250%, and issued a new Bond of 350 million euros, with an annual interest rate of 4.875%. In addition, a pool of banks opened an important line of credit, with an interest rate of Euribor + 275 points. The increase in the amount of credit available and the sharp reduction in the interest rate were made possible by the strong performance of the AlmavivA Group and the consequent improvement in the assessment of rating agencies.

AlmavivA do Brasil CEO, Francesco Renzetti, comments that this operation reflects the Company’s financial strength and its appetite for acquiring new businesses in the Information Technology, Customer Experience and Artificial Intelligence segments. This amount will support an aggressive plan of acquisitions, at a global level, to be carried out, in large part, during the year 2022.

AlmavivA in Brazil

According to Renzetti, Brazil will play an important role in implementing this strategy. “In the last few months, we analyzed more than 25 targets and decided to deepen 3 investment opportunities in Brazil, which are in the due diligence phase. This plan includes the recent acquisition of CRC, one of the leading companies in the credit recovery segment in Brazil, with annual revenues of R$220 million. Certainly within the first half of 2022 we will have other important news, which will confirm Almaviva Group’s commitment to the Country”, according to him.

With 15 units across the Country and 37,000 employees, AlmavivA do Brasil is considered one of the largest customer relationship (Customer Experience) and business process outsourcing (BPO) companies. The Company has been growing exponentially for 15 years in the Country and has approximately R$1.5 billion in revenue.

Investments in digitization

According to Francesco Renzetti, the pandemic accelerated the Company’s digitization processes, and currently, 1/3 of the 350 million annual interactions with Brazilian consumers were carried out through digital means. In 2021, BRL 66 million was invested in new technologies, training and qualification of employees to drive digital transformation in customer service processes and also in AlmavivA do Brasil’s internal processes. In 2020, BRL 40 million were invested, in 2019 BRL 35 million. In recent years, since the beginning of its operations in Brazil, more than R$ 500 million have been invested.
