With a fully packed auditorium and lots of partying from start to finish, the ClienteSA awards dinner held last Tuesday (27) at Villa Blue Tree, in São Paulo, recognized 64 companies and 11 executives with gold, silver and bronze awards and highlight plates. “This party is a celebration, mainly, of you professionals who have contributed a lot to give a historic turn, transforming our activity into a strategic area within organizations”, commented Vilnor Grube, CEO and founder of Grube (ClienteSA and Callcenter.inf.br) and CEO of Aloic, during the awards.

AlmavivA do Brasil had its case recognized at the awards. We were awarded once again for the work developed in the transformation of the customer experience in Brazil and in the world with the War Plane – NPS case.
