The technical team of the Municipal Secretary of Labour, Supply and Solidarity Economy (Semtabes) paid a visit to AlmavivA do Brasil, located in Salvador Lyra. The purpose of the consultation was to get to know the branch structure, which currently employs 8,000 workers and is a partner in attracting manpower from Sine Maceió.

Only in 2021 some 1,235 people were hired by the Company, with the intermediation of the Maceió City Hall service. This year, a selection of over 200 vacancies for five different clients has already been opened. The trend is for other vacancies to be opened in the first half of 2022.

Alexandra Silva, 38, returned to the job market by registering her CV on Sine. “I had the opportunity to start over. I came from the education field and had to start over from scratch, working with telemarketing. The Company offered us professional and personal appreciation. I started here last year in the service area and today I am an instructor”, she says.

The HR consultant at AlmavivA do Brasil, from the Salvador Lyra site, Clisleyde Vieira, explains that new clients were integrated into the branch in the Capital city. “Last year we need new collaborators in a short term. With the partnership of Sine, we managed to work more than a thousand vacancies. And this year we will offer more vacancies, since we are receiving new products, which come to work in Maceió”, he emphasizes.

The Director of Labor, Ricardo Lessa, says that the public policies carried out by Sine Maceió are fundamental for the worker to reach the job market in the best way. “It is a socio-economic work that we carry out. It is important to emphasize that it is not just about referral, but understanding the worker. There are tools on Sine for these professionals to conquer opportunities, with technical and social support for workers”, says Ricardo Lessa.
