With 37,000 employees spread across the Country, AlmavivA do Brasil, one of the largest customer relationship (Customer Experience) and business process outsourcing (BPO) companies, opens a new unit in Nossa Senhora do Socorro, Metropolitan Region of Aracaju (SE). With a total area of ​​2,800 square meters, the Operations Center has the capacity to receive around 5,000 direct employees and approximately 1,000 indirect jobs.

The new space will serve companies with different segments of activity and will make available the application of disruptive technologies, infrastructure, management tools and constant training for teams that will enhance the performance of employees and consequently the services provided to customers.

According to Francesco Renzetti, CEO of AlmavivA do Brasil, the company is committed to the economic development of the municipality and will contribute to the generation of direct and indirect jobs. “This new operation reflects the financial strength in the customer service market and its appetite to make investments in the Northeast region of the Country, in the information technology, customer experience and artificial intelligence segments”.

With 16 units spread across the Country, AlmavivA do Brasil has been experiencing exponential growth for 15 years in Brazil and annual gross revenue of R$1.5 billion. It belongs to the AlmavivA Group, founded in 1983 in Italy by the Tripi family.
