After a period of understanding the business, our market competitiveness and process innovation were the differentials to conquer an important company that operates in the manufacturing of trucks. The automaker’s customer service operation was installed in just two months. In July 2021, we started this partnership, which is already marked by innovation and agility for the automotive industry.

AlmavivA retained and hired 60 employees from the former operation. From now on, the team will work with new processes and technologies to provide assistance to partners and customers from various stores across the Country.
