The automaker’s customer service operation was installed in just two months. In July 2021, we started this partnership, which is already marked by innovation and agility for the automotive industry.

New technologies

According to Eduardo Morelli, Executive Director of Operations at AlmavivA do Brasil, the automotive industry is increasingly “thirsty” for disruptive technologies and expects this from its partners in serving their customers.

Consumers who have branded trucks will have a differentiated service carried out by video call, an innovation that will bring speed in identifying the necessary support, in addition to the assistance by e-mail, telephone and chat already available.

AlmavivA retained and hired 60 employees from the former operation. From now on, the team will work with new processes and technologies to provide assistance to partners and customers from various stores across the Country.
